Caroline Greene, Abigail to Lady Eleanor, is not the sort of young woman to engage in lies and subterfuge. Karen Cogan has a background in elementary education and has written children’s books, and many articles for teachers and parents. She has also written inspirational articles and contemporary romances.

Long intrigued by the English regency era, she enjoyed fulfilling her desire to write a romance novel set in that period.

Karen is a native of the Southwest and makes her home in New Mexico with her husband, four children, and their assorted pets.
