Shelley Galloway lives in a small town, like Payton, in southern Ohio. She divides her time between writing romance, volunteering in the community, and trying to keep up with her busy children and a very mischievous beagle. Shelley and her husband enjoy traveling, reading, and learning about their town’s history.

She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education, and taught elementary school in several states before returning to her first love of writing.
