Christmas in Carol

“Sometimes silly and often hilarious, this lighthearted romp has homespun values at its core...”

You can’t go home again ... or can you? Andie Hartwell is about to find out when she’s bullied into a trip home for the holidays. After college Andie moved far away from her small hometown of Carol, WA, to become a sophisticated New Yorker. She is wary of her old friends and she especially doesn’t want to be home for Christmas.

Christmas with her family has always been crazy and this year is sure to be the worst. Her parents have divorced, and while Dad is dating someone Andie’s age, Mom is launching her own home business: Man Haters, Inc., a retail company offering the world’s tackiest male-bashing merchandise.

To make matters even worse, her sister is trying to match Andie up with her ex-boyfriend--who dated the entire town after they broke up! Dealing with her crazy aunt and pushy grandma is the icing on the fruitcake.

Meanwhile, back in New York, Andie’s boss is trying to steal the credit for Andie’s ideas. She needs a guardian angel and a plane ticket out of Carol, and not necessarily in that order.

But as time goes on Andie learns a few lessons about family, friendly ties, old loves, and even about herself.
